KEMBA Peoria Credit Union is committed to protecting the personal financial information regarding our member, our members' accounts, and all member transactions confidential as required by federal and state laws. 

We collect nonpublic information about you from some or all of the following sources:

Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;

Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and,

Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees or officers who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  The credit union maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

We collect the email addresses of those who have communicated with us via email.  The information you provide in that email is only used to complete your transaction or answer your question.  We do not sell member information to telemarketing firms
